Three crucial B.E.V. entries to note for you dear reader

Dear reader, I copied and pasted all of my entries into one and finished this thought upon the future of the United States this evening. I could have gone on more but it was one of things that I had to finish now in order to move ahead. If anything, I hope this gives you some food for thought.

I made a statement earlier this last week I would write out a few thoughts and explanations. This is number two on my list of my personal to-do today. One was to wash my truck, it's an investment, it's the only way I have to get to work to pay for the thing so I have to take care of it. Now that dear reader, gets me to a sidebar about our society and way of living today, the automobile. But, that's not why you here today, more later on that thought. Third World USA grew out of both personal experiences and observations of daily living. After retiring from the military I had to find a new job and hopefully career. Life, for what ever reason, has kept me here in my fair little city/community, so it was necessary for me to find work. Now work in this area is based upon mainly tourism, so the majority of work one finds is customer service industry, be it house building, hotel positions, flipping burgers, selling perfume' at Parisian's. There's minimal major manufacturing mostly due to environmentalist concerns and some bad management. But the 'community' in a eighty mile radius keeps growing, but mostly way over priced condo's, and more customer service malls, shops, restaurants, etc. There are military bases in the area, but they too have succumbed to contracting for a lower wage v. civil service (and that's a sidebar issue too). I also began looking, seeing, and hearing on TV/radio, weekly news stories of major manufacturing and other major companies, laying off 'thousands' or outright closing. Now there's more people seeking employment at a lower wage since their skills before are unable to fit them into a similiar position where they live. Economics dictates that they find work or lose their home and starve. Much of our manufacturing has gone overseas, much of our online support has gone overseas, and much of our foreign investors have left and went elsewhere overseas. I've heard that the People's Republic of China could really sink our economy by selling all the U.S. bonds they hold since our politicians for the past three decades have all been short sighted self serving idiots and did not see this coming. I know many of our CEO's are driven by greed (WorldCom, Enron) and you dear reader know a boss or two who put self before employees. So begin adding all this up. Manufacturing moving overseas, investors pulling out, greed and incompetence, rise of 'customer service' industries at minimal wages, a war without end and politicians with lack of will to fight what/whom/how needs to be fought, a general public malaise towards the economy and war, general public putting Hollywood and it's lifestyle above the common good, moral and religious practices, politicians putting self before Nation, State, or City, Universities more concerned about teaching just plain crap to generate a dollar value instead of science, mathematics, industry, and history (remember that adage, forget history you will repeat it) and look where we are going. We're at a crossroad as a Nation right now. All week, politicians have been more concerned about a movie, than putting all their money and resources into finding Bin Laden. This crossroad once taken is going to take this Nation either to further prosperity and growth, or to where what was once a great Nation is now a fragment society where other countries come to play, get drunk, and 'screw the native women'. Dear reader, realize, there is not a third option, there is not a middle ground, there is not a happy liberal uptopia in the end. I said this is a nutshell explanation, a more detailed one I would've include names of people, companies, statistics, quotes, but you have seen and read them all yourself and maybe not even realized the fragments of information are all leading to this one conclusion. So when I end a post with 'fuel for Third World USA', you might understand that now too. I'm going to go watch a new DVD movie release 'United 93', for you know what tomorrow is. God Bless America ... well He did and it's up to us to keep His blessing growing.

In my last posting last night, I wrote - blogged - Hanging by a thread - about how the USA has the capacity of falling into a Balkan style conflagration within our borders. One major issue I discussed was race. Today's news on World Net Daily: Long Beach Teens face hate crimes Los Angeles County prosecutors today filed hate crimes charges against eight black teenagers accused of beating up three white women on Halloween night in a case that has startled and divided Long Beach. Authorities said they took the action after concluding that the teens attacked and beat the women in the upscale Bixby Knolls area because they were white. The case has been the subject of a wrenching public dialogue over the last few weeks in the racially diverse city of 460,000, with civil rights groups like the NAACP condemning the teenagers' alleged actions and the city holding a public forum meant to ease tensions. The attack occurred on a block known for fancy Halloween decorations. According to police, a mob of mostly girls, ages 12 to 17, allegedly hurled racial insults at the women, threw small pumpkins and lemons at them, and then knocked them to the ground with kicks, punches and swings of a skateboard. This is a prime example our Governments, both State and Federal need to tackle now. This is also a prime reason why the four main contributors of Balkanizing, racism, economics, Islam, illegal immigration, must be addressed and acted upon now. One hundred thirty three civilians killed in Iraq today, TODAY, it was just reported on CNN radio. Refer to Clash of Empires. Pelosi, Clinton and Company, Big Business, and the Republicans had all better get their uncollective heads out of where ever they're stuck and being to work together asap before it's too late to stop the avalanche that's about to happen.

The Supreme Senate and the Bush misAdministraton did the following:

In a striking reach across party lines, the White House and key lawmakers agreed Thursday on a sweeping immigration plan to grant legal status to millions of people in the country unlawfully.

Sealed after months of secretive bargaining, the deal mandates bolstered border security and a high-tech employment verification system to prevent illegal workers from getting jobs.

President Bush said the proposal would "help enforce our borders but equally importantly, it'll treat people with respect." I want you to note a key phrase "secretive bargaining", which means this was done without consultation with Constituents i.e. the American People, having any knowledge of this. This is not like nuclear technology and military deployments, this concerns our very country and who and how people are allowed in. You know Mr. President, what would help enforce our borders......all the troops that are from Fort Hood that are overseas playing referee in a Iraqi muslim civil war. Part of a military members oath is to protect the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. Part of that protection means physical protection that extends way beyond the guarded walls of the National Archive building. Who is being treated with respect?? The illegal aliens who broke the laws of the United States or the American people????? Sure is not me, a bred, born, raised retired military American. Sure is not my wife, who went through the entire (then INS process over a three year, cost of $3000.00) process, and a FUBAR process it was. So, it's not respecting those born and rasied, nor those who came here legally, nope, it's respecting the illegal and primarily Latin American people who broke the laws of my country and are on a daily basis, usurping U.S. tax dollars and JOBS that Americans would do if they were not undercut by low wages and a welfare system that has created a society of apathetic lazy bums (skin color does not apply).

Sen. John McCain (news, bio, voting record), R-Ariz., who led the charge last year to push through an immigration overhaul, called the deal "the first step" and urged moving it forward before the politics of 2008 made such action impossible.

"We all know that this issue can be caught up in extracurricular politics unless we move forward as quickly as possible," said McCain, who is seeking the GOP nomination for president.

Seems those 'politicians' who live along the border with Mexico are the most to give up on enforcing existing laws and getting tough on illegal aliens. Fear of the Mexican. Tu quiere guerra con Los Estados Unidos...trajaylo. The ghost of the Army of the Confederacy is about to ride again, to fight again to save State's rigths, to fight again to preserve the dreams, vision, and way of life set forth by the Founding Fathers, to save a Nation from an invading force. But this time, the Confederacy will not be just made up of 'Southern' States, it will expand the entire breadth of the Nation as real Americans each day, become more and more disillusioned with the politicians in Washington D.C.

The current approval rating for Congress is a near-record low according to Gallup survey trending.

In plain sight.....Americans do not trust our politicians to do the right thing. That is a fair weather bell warning a blind, deaf person could see and hear. I say that not mocking the handicapped, but as a plain observation example. Ten and counting.......this bill will be the first of the final ten nails to go into the coffin that will seal the fate of the World's greatest Country.

The EIGHTH Nail:

Associated Press ATLANTA — A globe-trotting Atlanta lawyer with a dangerous strain of tuberculosis was allowed back into the U.S. by a border inspector who disregarded a computer warning to stop him and don protective gear, officials said today. Authorities in the southern Californian city of San Diego on Thursday were on the alert for outbreaks of tuberculosis after a student contracted a mild form of the disease. The student, who was not identified, came down with a less severe strain of the disease than the 31-year-old US lawyer who sparked a global health alert this week by traveling transcontinentally against doctors' orders. The sick student attended classes at San Diego's University of Phoenix and could have been contagious from February 26 to May 21, according to Wilma Wooten, interim county deputy public health officer. Between our Government's unwillingness to do anything to stop the flow of illegal immigrants into the United States, and also our Government's Homeland InSecurity lack of being a real organization, TB has gone from almost eradicated to become virulent as the common cold. No action will be taken until the deaths of 'celebrities or politicians' and/or their family member(s). The 'average' American does not count at all any more. You are all expendable and nothing more than a commodity to use and abuse to the political and Hollywood 'elite'. Now, I want you to carefully read between the lines. If disease is allowed to grow unabated due to both inaction to illegal immigration which IS bringing in all kinds of disease, and our Government's continued prosecution of honest, tax paying, hard working Americans instead of going after the criminals and illegal’s....there will be death to someone's loved one(s) and that survivor once over their grief, will look for the cause of the deaths of their loved ones and will seek an eye for an eye.

The SEVENTH Nail:

On an easy going Sunday afternoon I came across a 'breaking story' about Vermont and the talk of secession from the 'Union/United States'. Years ago, I wrote and warned this Nation of the coming Balkanization of the United States. My thoughts grew out during the Clinton Mis-Administration Presidency. Then, as I watched the news over the years, it is becoming more and more a reality heading into our face. Immigration has gone totally unchecked by our Government. The War in Iraq and to a lesser estent, in Afghanistan, has become Vietnam all over again as Politicians put handcuffs on our troops while they fight for their lives. As well as returning to that failed program of 'Hearts and Minds'. The gap between the rich and poor is growing as the Middle Class dwindles in the force of rising taxes and vampiric insurance companies. But this story about Vermont has to sound a klaxon warning to D.C. Same difference. Our Special Operations are touted the World's best, but political meddling again, makes the best, inefficient. Our Marines and their families, both, the backbone of our Nation, are being poisoned by the very Nation they serve. Damn you. Our National Guard...our last line of defense....notice the names of the accused...mi raza es su raza....race over Country. Greed over honor. So goes our Military, so goes our Nation. I've seen this one coming for awhile: Run on banks in LA amid crisis; Wal-Mart CEO says customers are 'running out of money' 08/17/2007 @ 9:23 am Filed by John Byrne Wal-Mart CEO H. Lee Scott Jr. says customers are "running out of money." Earlier this week, consumer juggernauts Home Depot and Wal-Mart reported softer than expected earnings. Penned the New York Times, "the sober forecasts reverberated across Wall Street, sending the Dow Jones industrial average and the Standard & Poor’s 500-stock index down by nearly 2 percent, with the Dow dropping more than 200 points. Shares of both Wal-Mart and Home Depot fell around 5 percent. "Economists said the sluggish performance of the chains — Wal-Mart missed its profit forecast and Home Depot’s earnings dropped — could signal broader troubles in the economy." Buried in the article was a sobering remark indeed: “Many customers are running out of money at the end of the month,” said H. Lee Scott Jr., the chief executive of Wal-Mart. In Los Angeles, economic concerns hit close to home. Anxious customers of Countrywide Bank jammed its phone lines, branches and website after the nation's largest mortgage lender -- which owns the bank -- announced it was facing problems from a credit meltdown. "Countrywide Financial Corp., the biggest home-loan company in the nation, sought Thursday to assure depositors and the financial industry that both it and its bank were fiscally stable," wrote the LA Times Friday. "And federal regulators said they weren't alarmed by the volume of withdrawals from the bank." The American consumer, the average, born and raised American, is running out of money. The average American is what holds this Country up. It's not the big CEO's and their companies that make the 'jobs'. It's not the 'concerned' Washington D.C. politicians who tell you what you want to hear in every sound bite. It's not Rush Limbaugh's, Sean Hannity's, Neal Boortz's, Michael Savage's, Ring Of Fire flavor-of-the-week announcer's advice and opinions. It's the average American who trudges off to work day in, day out. The people that ARE at the stores you go to when you want to buy something, it's the people that pick up your garbage, it's the people that come at all hours of the night and day in ambulances, fire trucks, law enforcement cars when you call or someone calls for you. It's the farmers you never see face to face but who produce you use daily. It's the men and women that stuck are in the Iraq quagmire due to the lack of intestinal fortitude of our Politicians (see them twice here for a reason don't you??!!). It's those annoying radio personalities you hear in the morning on your way to work. It's those men and women you drive by on the roads who are fixing the roads you drive upon. It's that kid in the drive up window of that fast food place you just left. It's the teachers in the all the public/government schools who endure your brat/undisciplined/unconcerned kids day in, day out. It's those people in all those delivery vans, trucks, and semi's. It's the multitude of people you pass by on the subway and sidewalks on their way to a nine to five job. These and more, who are struggling to make ends meet on a weekly to daily basis. While our Government for the past forty years has wasted our tax dollars overseas, kissing the derriere of governments and groups overseas, those tax dollars and our jobs have gone overseas leaving 'us', weaker and weaker. Did you watch Fox & Friends this morning?? We had it on when F&F showed the implosion of a building somewhere, a rather good looking new building, but it was brought down, expertly and well done to that crew of demolitions experts. Do you know why it was brought down? To build, get this, a 'shopping mall'. A primo example of Third World USA-itis. Customer service industry. No manufacturing/factory jobs, no high tech production jobs. No dear reader - customer service which pays what?? Diddly. And where will most of the goods for this 'shopping mall' come from? China of course for one, and two - anywhere but 'Made In USA'. The DOW closed over what 12,000 on Friday (12845.78) . Who really is making this money? What, 5% of America's population. The rest are most likely comes from the average American investing into a hopeful retirement. But most Americans make peanuts in the grand scheme of things on the stock market. But even the supposed rich (Countrywide Financial Corp) are in big trouble and that spells even bigger trouble for the average American. The foundation that holds this Nation up. The fifth nail in America's coffin as a great Nation before it becomes just another Third World playground for the empires of China and Islam. Mark my words.....if the road our Politicians and CEO's keep on......Third World USA.

The FOURTH nail.

One of the main reasons behind creating BirdsEyeView (Townhall.com) was to have a platform previously unavailable to someone such as me, the common man. A platform where I could relate to the World, views that someone such as me, a common, primarily blue collar average person see's things. Often, things I see are seen by others, though not vocalized to many basically out of fear of rejection, humiliation, arrest, or just plain being ignored.

Over the many years I have observed many things. Most people will tell you that I'm one of the quiet types, which I believe would make the World a better place if many people would just shut up. If you don't have anything constructive to say, then say nothing. I'm currently witnessing how 'gossip' is destroying my wife's workplace, gossip coming from one of the most common corners, cigarette smokers. (If you don't believe me, just go 'hang out' with the smokers for a month, you'll hear all the gossip) Gossip is often, 10% truth, 60% speculation, 30% lies.

Now, to the 'R' word. I was listening to a local morning radio talk show while I was cleaning my koi pond. A caller, whose voice and terms easily identified him as a local senior citizen called into the radio show that was discussing today, Constitution Day. Many callers had thoughts on how the U.S. Constitution has come under attack by the very politicians that control Washington D.C., and the mainstream media as well. As I said earlier, I have observed things over the years, and I have witnessed the growing divide in this country more over politics than race or religion. The U.S. is increasingly becoming a Nation divided between those who believe Federal Government needs to handle people's lives from cradle to grave. Those who believe in the individual freedom of each person. I've blogged often about Third World USA and the several nails that are leading this Nation into a Third World status. Today I heard it from a senior citizen caller. Someone who has gone through the Two World Wars, the Great Depression, the radical Sixties, techno boom of the 80's (technology used today was created back in the 80's), said a word I fear that is in our very near future on the current track we are taking.

REVOLUTION What will take place will not be civil war such as this Nation faced back in 1860, but a revolution of the poor, conservatives, libertarians, against the socialist. It may hopefully be a peaceful revolution, but I fear as others do as well, that a revolution is coming to the United States. Under the current conditions of continual economic, moral, political decline, it's inevitable, not improbable. A peaceful revolution took place in 1994 when the Republican Party dominated the House and Senate in elections. This showed the frustration that is growing among the people with the status quo adopted by the ruling 'elite' and CEO's that the elite can contiually say towards the masses: "let them eat cake".

Another caller talked about history as well, how history is repeating itself. Democracy was created by the Athenians in Greece, and for 200 years, democracy was the rule of law. Then socialism crept in as the people became placated by the 'ruling elite', then dictatorship government followed. We are on the same path as a representative republic based upon democracy is being replaced by a more socialist form of government (lifetime welfare!!!!), and should Hillary and her 'It Takes a Village to raise (your) child' mentality get ultimate POWER, then socialism will truely have taken root as the governing form in the United States.

Mankind has historically a short term memory, for each war is often followed by several years of peace as the horror of war does not want to be revisited. So the short attention span of today's American is not in reality anything new, it's just historical.

As I type, Kronijin Des Reich Hillary, has announced her 'plan' on health care for America, which by quick read, is more socialism, more 'mandated' Government control over the individual. The tighter the government grabs the lapel of working America, the more America pulls back until we reach the point, we punch back to get released from Government's grasp.

The THIRD Nail

This 'Third' nail comes rather quickly but with the news I'm reading today, it's very poignant to what is happening and why the United States of America is dying as a great Nation. To put things bluntly, it's because of the reason that most great city-states, city-nations, empires, have fallen....it's from decay from within. Treachery from within. Enabling from within. This is the worse form of attack upon any Nation, it's the attack from within by it's own people. So let's start giving you, dear reader, the examples, the pure true facts, that you can see for yourself as I have found and seen them.

In today's Washington Times: Melee spurs calls for action on day laborers......Community leaders scheduled a public-safety meeting in a Northeast neighborhood after a bloody clash among a group of Hispanic men that residents said began in an area where day laborers gather looking for work.

As many as 200 mostly Hispanic day laborers congregate each day at a shopping plaza in Brentwood looking to link up with area contractors for jobs.

Residents said some of the workers loiter, drink alcohol and urinate in public — and that a proposal by D.C. Council member Harry Thomas Jr. to build a day-laborer center at the plaza to curb such problems is not the right solution.

"If we have them hanging out now, bringing a criminal element to our community, what are we going to do — allow them to have a meeting place?" said Raymond Chandler, an advisory neighborhood commissioner in the area. "We need to first enforce laws in place."

The incident occurred at about 7:30 p.m. last Thursday, when police found a Hispanic man lying on a sidewalk and bleeding from his head near 10th Street and Rhode Island Avenue in Northeast — only a few hundred feet away from the shopping plaza.

Police said the victim — who was identified only as "John Doe" in police reports — also had a stab wound in the center of his back.

Mr. Chandler said his constituents who live in the area told him the man was assaulted during a fight involving a large group of men that began behind the Bank of America at 915 Rhode Island Ave.

The clash then spilled over from a hill behind the bank onto 10th Street, where Mr. Chandler said men were "rolling over people's cars" during the fight.

From Indianapolis IndyStar :Three times a day during their shifts at the Indianapolis International Airport, more than 100 Muslim cab drivers wash their feet.

WHAT IS ABLUTION?

Muslims perform the cleansing ritual ablution, or "wudu" in Arabic, to prepare for prayer. They may perform it up to five times a day -- as needed, based on cleanliness -- for their five daily prayers.To start, they wash their hands and rinse their mouth and the openings of their nostrils. They wash their face and their arms up to their elbows. They wipe their forehead with their right hand over their hair to the back of their neck and clean both ears with their forefingers.To finish, they wash their feet, starting with the right. In the parking lot where they wait to be dispatched, some fill plastic bottles with water and pour it over the right foot, then the left. Others clean their feet in the restroom sink.

The practice is the last step in a ritual called ablution -- "wudu" in Arabic -- which involves washing several parts of the body to cleanse before Muslims' five daily prayers.

And by November 2008, when the new $1.07 billion airport terminal is scheduled to be complete, the restroom near the parking lot where taxi drivers stay between runs will include floor-level sinks that will make their daily ritual easier.

Such foot baths have started to crop up across the country, in schools such as the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where more than 10 percent of students are Muslims, and at airports such as Kansas City International Airport.

They have drawn the ire of bloggers and pundits, who say they violate the separation of church and state, and the praise of advocacy groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

Perez later told WND, "If only people know the benefits of opening the borders and working together, improving the quality of life for all, then no one would be opposed to the idea of a North American Union."

Abu Dhabi takes ownership stake in Carlyle GroupUnited Arab Emirate investment ties with Bush family deepen. The Financial Times announced last night the government of Abu Dhabi has made an investment in the Carlyle Group, a Washington-based private investment firm with close ties to former President George H. W. Bush and his family, as well as to top government officials in the Reagan and Clinton administrations.

Mubadala, a wholly owned investment arm of the Abu Dhabi government, bought a 7.5 percent share of the Carlyle Group in a transaction in which the deal price was struck at a 10 percent discount to a valuation of $20 billion for all of the Carlyle Group.

Abu Dhabi is the largest of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates and the capital.

Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the Abu Dhabi ruling family is the chairman of Mubadala. WND reported Dubai International Capital, a private equity investment capital firm that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Holdings, has commonly participated in co-investments with the Carlyle Group.

Dubai, like Abu Dhabi, is one of the seven emirates that form the UAE.

WND reported yesterday Dubai, in a complex set of transactions, is moving to acquire 19.9 percent of the Nasdaq stock market in New York, in the first equity transaction which would place a Middle Eastern government in an ownership position in a key U.S. stock exchange.

As a result of the transaction, Dubai will also acquire 28 percent of the London Stock Exchange, one of the oldest and largest stock exchanges in the world.

The transaction is being made through Borse Dubai, a holding company 100 percent owned by the government of the Emirate of Dubai and controlled by Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, the head of the Dubai ruling family.

Fed rate cut abandons dollarU.S. currency plummets to match Canadian for first time since 1976. International markets are viewing the Federal Reserve's decision this week to cut the federal funds benchmark rate by 50 basis points – or half a percentage point – as a sign that the Federal Reserve has abandoned the dollar to protect the stock market.

And movements in international currency markets are giving warning signs that the dollar could collapse as a result.

Consider the mounting evidence of the dollar's imminent collapse following the Fed rate cut:

The dollar closed Thursday at 78.61 on the US Dollar Index, having crashed through the previous technical support level of 80 on the $US index. Analysts believe the next technical support level for the dollar on the index may be in the low 70s.

According to Bloomberg, the dollar has lost 6.2 percent this year alone against the euro, with the euro closing at historical highs at above $1.40 against the dollar, for the first time since the euro was created in 1999.

Bloomberg also reports the U.S. dollar is trading at a value equal to the Canadian dollar for the first time since Nov. 25, 1976, three decades ago when Pierre Trudeau was Canadian prime minister.

The Telegraph in the U.K. is reporting Saudi Arabia has refused for the first time to cut rates in tandem with the Federal Reserve, "signaling that the oil-rich Gulf kingdom is preparing to break the dollar currency peg in a move that risks setting off a stampede out of the dollar across the Middle East."

China, with $1.3 trillion in foreign exchange reserves as a result of the massive and growing $260 billion U.S. trade deficit, has taken huge losses with the falling dollar, given that some 80 percent of China's $1.3 trillion in foreign reserves is held in U.S. dollar assets, largely in U.S. treasury securities. In August, China threatened to exert the "nuclear option," a massive dollar sell-off to retaliate against signals the U.S. Congress was contemplating new regulations in response to poisoned food products and toys tainted with lead paint that have been delivered to the United States.

Muslim religion taught under guise of history students perform skits about the tenets of Islam belief'. The "Five Pillars" of Islam – charity, fasting, prayer, belief and pilgrimage – are being taught to public school students in Nyssa, Ore., under the guise of world history, the school has confirmed to WND, even though a parent raised a complaint about the same teachings a year ago.

In a letter to parents following the concerns that were raised at that point, Supt. Don Grotting and other school officials told parents that the text called "Journey Across Time" features a chapter on "Islamic Civilizations."

As part of that, "class activities have included guest speakers (including an American soldier serving in Iraq and a practicing Muslim woman who is an American citizen living in Mountain Home) who talked about geography, dress, climate, religion, economy and culture and student skits, in which students prepare and perform three- to five-minute skits about the tenets of Islam belief: charity, fasting, prayer, belief, and pilgrimage."

Janine Weeks, the curriculum director at the school, this week told WND that the curriculum, and class activities, are continuing.

"We've not made any changes," she said. WASHINGTON — The Senate on Thursday overwhelmingly passed a measure condemning MoveOn.org for a newspaper ad it ran last week attacking Gen. David Petraeus. The move came as President Bush accused Democrats of cowering to the liberal political action group.

The measure passed in a 72-25 vote, with none of the Democratic presidential candidates supporting it. Sponsored by Texas Republican Sen. John Cornyn, never one to shy away from forcing Democrats to go on record on politically sticky issues, the amendment to the defense authorization bill did win the backing of 23 Democrats. (my note: the fact that the New York Times ran this ad, the fact that 24 Democrats voted in favor of this act, show pure fact, that the cancer of treason is growing unfettered inside the U.S, by it's own citizens and politicians.)

I hear on the radio, see on the TV, read the newspaper and internet news, story after story of how the United States is accommodating more and more the 'wants' and 'demands' of non-Americans, non-U.S. citizens, and those who WILL betray the Constitution in the end and/or during conflict. One can tell me, Chicken Little, the sky is falling....and I'll say...yes it is.

History is against us, and our lack of truely learning and teaching the lesson's of history will be the demise of this Nation. Unless...you, like me, begin acting, you start with writing your own blog, and stand for your convictions whenever challenged.

The SECOND Nail: The election of 2008. There is really no candidate that’s lighting the fires across the board with the American populace. Individual candidates ignite the crowd of supporters and that’s about it. No candidate has really captured the hopes and dreams of America that gives us as a Nation, hope. While I have my favorite, or whomever wins the Republican primary, I will support against Hillary or Barak to do my part in fighting against World Socialism which either of those two would surely usher into the American White House and upon the American people. This election so far to date, has shown conclusively how divided this Nation has become between conservative ideals and socialist dogma. This evening, 120907, showed a glaring distinction of racial divide between even the ‘Democrats’ with Hillary pulling in large Caucasian crowds while African Americans make up the majority of Obama’s crowds. If this election fails to unite the people, if which candidate whom is voted into the Office of the Presidency fails – to unite this Nation, then the division of this Nation will continue unabated. I’ve pointed out from the beginning that the United States is in peril of Balkanization itself, and I have no doubt that if Hillary is nominated, that we will witness history repeat itself not seen in the United States since 1860 as Hillary’s ‘It takes a Village’ mantra begins to consume the Federal government. History it is said to be a multi lane highway that man can choose which lane to take and alter his own destiny. Sometimes planning is what is required to travel to know which route will be the easiest or correct route to a destination. One can only hope American’s plan their route to the voting booth with such care.

The "shot heard round the world" fired at Lexington on April 19, 1775 began the war for American Independence. It ended eight and a half years later September 3, 1783 with the Treaty of Paris.

The final nail are the People themselves. Whether or not this Nation holds together will depend upon the People. The rich, the poor, the dwindling middle class. Unless every American is willing to look beyond themselves and embrace the gift that was bestowed upon us by our Fore Fathers in 1783. There was no ‘treaty’ signed with the Native Americans by all of the ‘immigrants’ that came ashore over the years and began building what would become the United States. The ‘norms’ of each society and person was far foreign in thought and action than what resides in the ancestry of today. They all did the best with what knowledge they had at the time. The Native Americans either traded fairly in their minds or fought honorably to the death to save what they had known their whole life. The European immigrants wished for only to start a new way of life devoid of the trappings of their past forms of governance. All of this led ultimately to the American Revolution and the birth of the United States.

A Boston firefighter is mending from what could have been deadly stab wounds he suffered early yesterday morning when he was allegedly jumped in East Boston while off duty by a group of Hispanic males who told him they “don’t want any gringo here.” Or this: As Sarah Kreager, 26, tried to sit down on a Baltimore City bus Tuesday, police say, a middle-schooler told her she couldn’t. When she attempted to take another seat, a middle-schooler wouldn’t let her. Finally, according to police, Kreager just sat down.

She was “immediately attacked” by nine students — three females and six males — from Robert Poole Middle School. They punched and kicked her at 2:59 p.m. at the intersection of 33rd Street and Chestnut Avenue, according to Maryland Transit Administration police.

I could go on and on and on, but I do not and will not take the time to do what you, dear reader, need to do. Get informed, involved, and then get your neighbor informed and involved. This will be the only way this Nation will survive is by the actions of the many of the People. Otherwise, the few will continue to rule over the People without any checks and balances set up by our Constitution.

After reading stories such as these, and seeing stories such as these on the News 24/7, I am becoming more pessimistic towards the future of this Nation. We as a people have allowed ourselves to be brain washed, cajoled, or badgered into changing our own beliefs by a few who do not have the interest of the whole at heart. By those who wish to live their lives as if there are no consequences to actions a person of common sense will find offensive and or dangerous.

The final nail that will lead this Nation into a Third World status are the People themselves. It will come to a time that action will be too late, that action taken will be seen as offensive itself to the very nature of what we hold dear. But if this Nation continues down the road it is currently traveling, then within the lifetime of your children and grandchildren, they will experience the greatest collapse of the World’s greatest Nation, and it will be ugly to put it nicely.

An 8-year-old boy is preparing to return to his home school district in Colorado as a girl, so school officials are designating two school restrooms as unisex facilities, and preparing to counsel other students on the issue of transgenderism.

The report comes from KUSA-Television in Denver, which did not identify the third-grade student or his family in the Castle Rock suburban district.

But the report said the student had attended his home district several years ago, as a boy, and then had taken classes in another district for a time.

One parent, identified by the television station as Dave M., said children in the elementary school are going to wonder what's going on.

"I see this as being a very difficult situation to explain to my daughter, to explain why someone would not want to be the gender they were born with," he told the station.

His daughter will share a classroom with the boy dressing as a girl.

"I do think that there's going to be an acknowledgment that 'Why are you in a dress this year when you were in pants last year?'" he said.

A spokeswoman for the Douglas County School District in Castle Rock, said the district's calling "is to educate all kids no matter where they come from, what their background is, beliefs, values, it doesn't matter."

Whei Wong, the district spokeswoman, said the school is preparing two "unisex" restrooms for the student to use and teachers have been instructed to address the student by name, instead of using a "he" or "she" pronoun.

She also told the television station the school is handing out packets of information to other students and their parents containing "information" about transgender people, and officials will answer questions from other students about the boy-seeking-to-be-girl "in order to protect the child as much as possible."

"It's something we haven't had discussions about before. It's something that we haven't may really had to think about before, but now we will," she said.

Family therapist Larry Curry told the station that the student's age is "very early" to be having such issues.

"I don't know too many parents who are equipped to answer that kind of question or deal with it without some other support," he said.

But Kim Pearson, of the TransYouth Family Advocates which lobbies on behalf of such students, said students as young as five years old are "realizing their true gender identity."

Her group works to break down obstacles for such students, she said.

"Initially there was a lot of resistance (in the Douglas County district)," she said. "Now their position is they want this child to be safe of their school."

Her messages weren't a comfort to Dave M., who believes his daughter is not ready to think about the transgenderism.

"I don't think a third-grader does have the rationale to decide this life-altering choice," he told the station.

He also is upset that although the district has been making preparations for months, officials just recently let parents know what was going on.

"I just find it ironic that they can dictate the dress style of children to make sure they don't wear inappropriate clothing, but they have no controls in place for someone wearing transgender clothing," he told the station.

Wong confirmed "mental health professionals" would be provided for other students, staff or parents if there are "any concerns at all."

This is the kind of story that Radical Islam can get a hundred thousand more supporters so this doesn't happen to their families and lives. This is the kind of life promotion and lifestyle that will be used as a prime example why the United States fell from within. Mark my words!!!!!!!!!!

Any stories cited on BirdsEyeView that are sourced to the news organizations at CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, and/or their affiliate's should be highly suspect as being very biased and partially to totally non-factual in it's entire report.

It became very apparent yesterday that all four cites news organizations have become political arms of the Democratic National Committee without a doubt.
Previously B.E.V. has used these organizations to cite information for the general public but can no longer, in good conscience, continue to do so without providing the disclaimer above.
