What our Founding Fathers say of my recent post

The Patriot Post
Founders' Quote Daily
"History by apprising [citizens] of the past will enable them to judge of the future; it will avail them of the experience of other times and other nations; it will qualify them as judges of the actions and designs of men; it will enable them to know ambition under every disguise it may assume; and knowing it, to defeat its views."
-- Thomas Jefferson (Notes on the State of Virginia, Query 14,
1781)

Now my word: not taking from John Gibson's saying, but just to clarify that I'm writing now. I feel with 100% certainty that our Founding Fathers would be at least chastising our current crop of politicians over their lack of stewardship of this Nation. It would be like a grand father building a company only to have the great-grandson run it into the ground which is the perfect metaphor for which is happening.
